Twitter Is Making Jokes About The People Butthurt Over A Female 'Doctor Who'
On Sunday it was announced that the 13th Doctor Who would do something no previous Doctor Who had ever done before – be female.
This outrageous and physics-defying feat didn’t appear to go down well with many hardcore fans of the show, who were outraged at the prospect of a woman time traveller. Surely such a thing is physically impossible? Only men can travel through time and space in a police box for a fictional television show, obviously.
There were a few who were excited for the news:

There were plenty who were far from impressed:
Imagine one of your favourite shows but with someone of the opposite gender playing your favourite character(s). Hell.

I’m not watching anymore

But people were pretty quick to clap back:

*Doctor Who literally breaks the laws of physics* – Oh yeah makes sense
*Doctor could be a woman* – IMPOSSIBLE HOW DARE YOU #doctor13

Your dad thinks Dr Who being a woman spoils the realism of someone travelling space & time in a phonebox fighting bins with plungers on them

I took Daily Mail comments from people angry about a possible Female Dr Who and turned them into episode titles for the new series pic.twitter.com/k586EeVpld

And there was some pretty heavy sarcasm:
Absolutely furious. Can't believe they've cast a human to play the Doctor.

Doctor Who just won't be the same without The Doctor going on about his dick all the time.

It’s a Doctor Who special on Christmas Eve, not a Doctor Who special on Christmas Steve.
