Release Of 'Stranger Things' Season Two Has Been Brought Forward
Time flies when you’re having fun, which perhaps explains how it’s been almost a year since Stranger Things first hit Netflix (it was added on the 15th July, 2016).
While it didn’t come with a whole lot of hype, it quickly became a word-of-mouth hit, and – with legions of fans and award nominations – can be counted among Netflix’s greatest successes.
We’re certainly excited to see more, and Netflix clearly know it. Much to our delight, they’ve brought forward the release of Stranger Things season two, and it will now be dropping on the 27th October.

Granted, that’s only four days earlier than originally planned, but it’s still good news.
We’re more than ready to revisit Hawkins (and – we hope – the Upside Down), and see whatever happened to Will and the gang.
While we know certain details (that this season will be more horror-oriented, for example, and that Eleven will – fortunately – be back), there’s a lot of mystery left to be solved. And we do want to see some justice for Barb…
We cannot wait.
