Primark Have Released 'Love Island' T-Shirts And People Are Losing It

Love Island has turned into a cultural phenomenon since it first aired, and everyone that’s a fan of the show knows that once 9pm comes around, you have to put EVERYTHING on hold.

The ITV2 show seems to have it all – plot twists, backstabbing, fighting, loads of sex – people have become so engrossed in it that we actually feel like we know all of the contestants and have an idea of what’s best for them.

With all the drama between Camilla and Jonny as well as Kem and Amber’s on-off relationship – it’s been hard not to get addicted – with the show even spawning its own range of water bottles due to its popularity.

But undoubtedly, one of the biggest revelations of the show has been the lingo, and a season of Love Island wouldn’t be complete without certain phrases striking a chord with viewers and entering our own vocabulary.

And the geniuses at Primark have decided to jump on this bandwagon by selling a range of t-shirts with some of the Islanders’ most memorable catchphrases – and the good news is, they’re available today!

The t-shirts cost £6 and include a range of quotes from this year’s contestants, including ‘#grafting’, ‘#absolutemelt’ and my personal favourite, ‘I used to be in Blazin’ Squad.’

The range will also include a collection of socks and bags emblazoned with famous one-liners from the show.

Primark told Metro: ‘ITV’s Love Island has been 100% on paper Primark’s favourite show of the summer!’

‘So much so that we’ve been grafting away on creating exclusive t-shirts and accessories with the show, so our customers can get in on some of the Love Island action!’

People obviously couldn’t contain their excitement at the news:

Some even said they waited an hour to pick one up:

But others were less than impressed:

If you do want to pick one of the t-shirts up – you better get a move on – as they’re guaranteed to sell out quicker than it took Jess and Mike to get it on after leaving the show…

Will you be buying one of the t-shirts? Which is your favourite? Let us know in the comments below!
