Upcoming Horror 'It Comes At Night' Scores 100 On Rotten Tomatoes

Horror fans unite, for we have an exciting new addition to the genre to salivate over.

Written and directed by Trey Edward Shults, and starring Joel Edgerton (Loving), Christopher Abbott (Girls) and Carmen Ejogo (Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them), It Comes At Night looks like it might give Get Out a run for its money.

Definitely less funny-scary and more cry-scary, It Comes At Night is set in a world in which there is an unnatural threat to humanity. One man has created a safe house for himself, his wife and his child, but everything is turned upside down when a young family turn up, desperately seeking refuge.

The movie has achieved the much-coveted 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, a feat only achieved by five movies in the entirety of 2016, which means it’s definitely one to add to your ‘to watch’ list. Keith Phipps at Uproxx says, “The film, like its director, offers no answers, nor does it need to. It’s an unnerving, masterful piece of horror filmmaking.”
