Amy Schumer Accused Of "Blatantly" Stealing A Joke From Zach Galifianakis

Amy Schumer has defended herself against allegations of joke stealing in the past, but this instance might be harder to brush off. 

Someone has found what seems to be a pretty clear-cut example of the comedian directly lifting a joke from Zach Galifianakis’s set.

In 2013, while doing a bit about being erudite and cultivated, he referred to himself as “well read” (pronouncing it reed instead of red).

In 2017, Schumer performed what appears to be a very slightly altered version of the same joke.

The 35-year-old comedian is getting a reputation for stealing jokes (be it deserved or not), and there are whole videos dedicated to highlighting the times that she’s seemingly borrowed from other people in her trade:
