Calvin Harris Goes On Twitter Rant After Brutal Taylor Swift Snub
When they first broke up, it seemed like the end of pop power couple Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift was going to be beyond amicable.
He posted a tweet confirming the split, but with talks of love, respect, huge amounts, you get the picture. Nice, we’re all adults here after all.
But then Taylor was papped in the arms of Tom Hiddleston, Hiddleswift was born and everything started to get a bit nasty. I actually started to feel sorry for Calvin Harris, a man I don’t even know. First his ex – who also just topped the Forbes list of highest paid celebrity – has clearly replaced him with another British man model, and then it rained all weekend at T in the Park. Double whammy.
It’s almost like they’re dancing on the grave of their relationship.
Anyway today, when the man’s already down, People magazine – over in America – run with the story that Taylor’s reps have confirmed that she actually wrote his massive hit, “This Is What You Came For.”:
“Taylor Swift wrote “This Is What You Came For” under the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg,”
But Calvin isn’t a man who sits and stews in a pot. No, he’s a DJ with nearly 8 million Twitter followers, and he took to the platform to air his grievances:
Do you know what, I don’t ever really get airing your dirty socks out in the public laundry, but in this instance I kind of have Calvin’s back. And I’m also pretty sure that’s a sly Katy Perry, Taylor Swift feud dig there too.
