Hammond And May Speak Out After Clarkson Sacking
Today is a sad day for all Top Gear fans as it has been announced that legendary presenter, Jeremy Clarkson, has been sacked from the BBC following his infamous ‘fracas’ with producer Oisin Tymon.
Further bad news is potentially on the horizon too as, in an interview with Sky News, James May had this to say when asked whether he would still be part of the team-
“I don’t want to talk about that too much. I think we’re very much the three of us as a package, it works for very complicated reasons that a lot of people don’t fully understand. So that will require a lot of careful thought.”
Both Jeremy Clarkson’s and James May’s Twitter bios have changed in light of the situation and James May has recently been sporting the hashtag ‘StillUnemployed’
Meanwhile, Richard Hammond took to Twitter to say this-
Supporters of Jeremy Clarkson have started using their own hashtag ‘JeSuisClarkson’ which is going from strength to strength. There has been no news from Clarkson himself.
Further bad news could be around the corner for the old man as reports are emerging that a police investigation into the ‘fracas’ is underway and he could be arrested.
Clarkson divides opinion like no other, and despite the backlash of fans everywhere who are unhappy at his departure, there are also many who are pleased to see the back of him.
And those who just see the funny side…
