The Next Bond Villain Has Been Announced And He's Going To be Awesome

The Mirror have announced the next villain who will be tackling James Bond will be Andrew Scott, the actor who plays arch-nemesis Jim Moriarty in Sherlock.

‘Andrew was hand-picked for a role in the new Bond movie after film bosses loved his star turn in Sherlock,’ a source told the newspaper.

‘Andrew is hoping the move will see him leap from TV to the big screen, where he can eventually divide his time between London and LA. He knows this is his big break.’

The 24th Bond film – with the cast and title officially announced today – is set to begin filming in October and will have Daniel Craig make a return as the famous spy.

Sam Mendes will once again be directing the movie, taking on the task of trying to match Skyfall which was the hiughest grossing film of all time in the UK.
