Hacker Group Anonymous Threaten Iggy Azalea

Hacker group Anonymous has issued a threat to Iggy Azalea, claiming that if she doesn’t comply with their demands then she will be exposed.

They demand she apologise to Azealia Banks for ‘misappropriating black culture, insulting peaceful protesters and making light of Eric Garner’s death’.

According to a long list of tweets they posted, if she refuses to do so, they have information that they say will turn Iggy into the biggest celebrity scandal around.

Background on Iggy Vs Azealia

The war between the two artists began when Azealia Banks accused Iggy of not caring about black issues following the protests over Eric Garner and also the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson.

While a host of public figures weighed in on the decision not to indict officer Daniel Paantaleo for killing Garner, Azealia called Iggy out for not joining the protest.

‘Its funny to see people Like Igloo Australia [Iggy] silent when these things happen… Black Culture is cool, but black issues sure aren’t huh?’

Iggy responded: ‘There’s more to sparking a change than trolling on social media. World issues shouldn’t be used as a poor excuse to promote fan battles.

‘Make sure you do something to let YOUR government know how you feel when something is unjust., not JUST your followers on twitter…’

Iggy then posted a link, telling her fans about ‘productive ways’ they can help.

In the latest exchange, Banks said in an interview with US a radio station that Iggy didn’t deserve her recent Grammy award, saying her music: ‘is not better than any f****** black girl that’s rapping today’.

It is difficult to see where a sex tape should come into this. If the hackers charge against Iggy is misappropriating black culture, insulting peaceful protesters and making light of Eric Garner’s death, then why bring nudes into it at all? Only to then claim the idea is not about releasing nudes?

Iggy is yet to succumb to the rappers demands, on the 48 hours is up today.
