Tesco's Brilliant Response To A Complaint Letter
Two very eloquent students were disappointed when their local Tesco stopped selling their favorite popcorn. We’ve all been there. Instead of sitting by idly, the wrote to tesco to voice, albeit eloquently and politely, their sadness at the loss of their favorite snacks.
Impressed? We are too. And so were the brilliant people who work at Tesco, despite a few months delay they wrote back with an equally brilliant and poetic response. And a £10 giftcard. Sorted.
We don’t know about you, but we think we’re going to start writing more letters.
