Katie Hopkins Has Caused Outrage After Saying This About The McCann's On Twitter

Share
Katie Hopkins came under heavy criticism after she shared her views on the parents of Madeleine McCann on Twitter. Her comments came after Branda Leyland, a woman who was approached and accused by Sky News of trolling the couple on the Internet, was found dead after suspected suicide in a Leicestershire hotel.

Gerry and Kate McCann’s daughter went missing in 2007. In the intervening seven years the pair have campaigned almost non-stop for information about the disappearance of their daughter.

“How many more must die before the McCann’s accept that negligence is at the heart of all their grief?”The columnist tweeted to her followers.

She immediately came under fire, and as the following tweets show it escalated quickly from there.
