Standing out in today’s job market can be difficult, especially for graduates. Only this week we were being told that more people are entering higher education than ever. With all the competition, what can you do? Alfred Ajani found an inventive way that worked a treat.

Alfred took the radical approach of standing in London Waterloo station holding up a sign that advertises his CV. The 22-year-old marketing graduate handed out his résumé to company bosses passing through the busy station this morning – and he’s been inundated with interview offers including one for this afternoon.

All these interviews in such a short space of time, it comes after he applied for in excess 300 positions since getting a degree in marketing earlier this year.

Good luck Alfred, we hope you find the right job for you.
