Wannabe Del Boy’s are in a fenzy after hearing about a £12,000 diamond being dropped 100,000ft from space, landing in a unknown location somewhere in a small village in Lincolnshire.

This is no accident, if you find it then it’s all yours.

‘Whoever finds our diamond really does get to keep it, so we are encouraging the general public to go out and start searching for it,’ Tobias Kormind, founder of the company, said.

The gem was attached to a helium balloon this week and launched into space from a field in Derbyshire as part of PR stunt #diamondsinthesky by jeweller 77 Diamonds.
