Food giant Nestlé has been forced to  apologise after a practising lawyer was shocked to discover what appeared to be a penis imprinted on one of its products.

Robin Jacobs, 31, of South Woodford in London, was ‘surprised to see a massive cock’ on his Milkybar as he took a bite out of it while watching the World Cup final.

The education lawyer believes the giant phallus – which is an upside down horse head – is inappropriate for children.

He said: ‘What on earth is a penis doing on a kids’ chocolate bar? There’s no point denying what it looks like. It is obvious – we can all see it.
